Website measurement
If website analytics are running, they record anonymous usage such as which pages were viewed and whether a call or quote button was tapped. They do not record the content of your messages.
Who else sees it
Quote requests sent through this website are passed to our lead pipeline provider, RAEDAR by Mikenzie Rae Media LLC, which handles the message on our behalf as a processor and does not use it for anything else. We do not sell your information and there are no advertising pixels on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we may need them to answer questions about work we quoted or carried out. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete what we hold, and you can opt out of any measurement by declining the cookie notice when it appears. Massachusetts residents and visitors covered by the GDPR or the CPRA can make these requests by phone or email using the details below.
